Wow. Years ago, I was a longtime Eddie Bauer fan for backpacking and hiking equipment.
I bought an #eddiebauer heated throw from #amazon in October.
It is marketed as having an app for control.
I opened the box and scanned the QR code to get the app, it has been removed from the App Store.
The blanket is useless without the app.
The phone number for customer service on the label sewn to the blanket, [(770) 495-3377] goes to a voicemail box identifying itself as “EH Home”.
Multiple messages left, no reply.

I ripped two socks in half putting them on earlier this week. So I did what I did a few years ago, went online and ordered a reasonable quantity of socks to replace my aging stash.
Anyway, I'm expecting 6 pairs of socks in 5 packages coming from 4 different provinces.
