Sortie nature 🍄‍🟫 du lundi pour la préparation de l'ecotrail. On démarre direct dans la boue (Merci la pluie d'hier ) avec des murs à escalader et des descentes sur le 🍑 dans la semaine je ferai la partie sur route avant le taf si je me réveille à l'heure 🥹

Pendant le run 🤗 l'arrivée sur les hauteurs de st cloud, avec ce beau ciel et cette percée du soleil, comme un beau tableau ! The start of the race, somewhere in the middle, and the finish.

That was tough but I'm super proud for improving my time but a whole 30 mins in shite weather.

My coach has been amazing to work with for nearly 2 years now 💛. She's coached me, encouraged me, and kept me accountable to myself. I'll be eternally grateful to Barbara for letting me shower, change, and recover at her place before heading home.

It was a tough but terrific day. Super pleased with my progress, trail races have amazing fellow competitors and we were having a grand time encouraging each other, chatting, and laughing along the way. I'll be back for more Ecotrail Wicklow!
