The Chinese political model is another variation of politics in the world, much like the diversity found among humans and genders. It is usually respected because its representatives choose to be respected and enforce that respect. Preventing or sanctioning Chinese trading activities or disparaging a political party solely for its wrongdoings is a controlling activity, and for me, it represents a form of modern authoritarianism. Democracy around the world can coexist with monarchy and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

If the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) can't exist, then others trying to bring it down using "authoritarianism is bad" as justification are demonstrating their own form of control, which I see as a form of authoritarianism. The US wants to control world trade, and looking to the US for trade can also be considered authoritarianism.

If the USA wanted me to buy their products, then they should sell them in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). So far, it seems that only Chinese companies have done this for the Malaysian market. There are even many flagship phones priced at RM1000++ instead of iPhones priced at RM5000++. What Chinese companies offer us is better because of competitive specifications as well as competitive prices, and more control due to the Android OS, rather than iOS by default, which I don't trust Apple to handle my data. Chinese companies have addressed the issues of affordability and accessibility to technology for Malaysians, while the USA only sells products that we use to show off or appear superior to others. Is the USA trying to force us to buy their products? This seems like modern authoritarianism to me.

Sometimes, I have the suspicion that they are actually being racist, exhibiting an overly patriotic mindset in which they only want their country to dominate. They use "the decline of America" as justification for threatening other countries, employing tariffs against China as a means of control. They will use any mistake made by China to justify everything they want to do. They claimed that China implemented reciprocal tariffs, and then they used that as an excuse to increase the tariffs to 140%. I must believe that "Make America Great Again" may be a sign of one entity's maximalism. Meanwhile, China and the CCP have already told the world that they are there to prosper together, providing opportunities for other countries to develop. If they truly believe in freedom of speech, they should also listen to Chinese officials who state that "a trade war has no winner.
