getmischTried again, found a home. "Art", a grey tabby about seven years old, was not "too needy" for his new owners. Rescued from the Eaton Canyon fires this past January near Pasadena CA, the humane society thinks he was a stray(!)

Well, apparently any water that comes out of the hills goes all the way out to Long Beach! (old 1939 map of the LA flood control system). The top section there in red is Eaton Canyon and something called "The Rubio Diversion". Basically what is supposed to catch water/debris from the hills above Altadena. If it rains hard enough tomorrow night will see how it does. #Altadena #EatonCanyon
