The monarch is gonna get concierge limo service to a main migratory route located at a major creekbed so that it can make it to Texas in the few warm days we have in the forecast, where it'll find late blooming nectar sources. The other two don't migrate and they'll be living their best lives until they can't. I'll also bend over backwards to see to the survival of the nectar blooms in the yard so that they don't freeze because #PaintedLadies are still coming through here.

Although #MonarchButterflies have had waning activity here, other butters have been making up much of the difference. Case in point, the overwintering Eastern Black Swallowtails that have come bustin' out all over.

This dear girl was released while the peach tree was in full bloom.
