We drive past number 37 Seabreeze aka Choa bungalow and it looks a little worse for wear lately, with steel beams propping up its roof in the front foyer and inside the house.

This house and its current state has been commented on by the local press before, but I do wonder what its current land developer owners have in mind for it. The house looks like it is just barely standing in 2026.
