ANMF Victoria - St Vincents’ Private

#Nurses and #midwives from #StVincentsPrivate hospitals in #Fitzroy, #EastMelbourne, #Werribee and #Kew are holding a #stopwork meeting and community rally on Thursday (28/11) from 12:45pm. #ANMF members were due to participate in an online meeting on Tuesday (26/11) to prepare for the stop work and discuss a revised offer received from St Vincents. The revised offer adds 6 items; does revise the wage offer down and does not address staffing and ratios.

The National Library of Australia's Trove incudes a searchable database of digitised newspapers. It's both very useful and also a great way to waste time.

I often 'just look something up quickly' and an hour later I'm deeply immersed in tracking the career of 1950s jam thieves.
