I needed to make more space on my phone. Started deleting photos. My own were easy to get rid of a few GB because they were one-time use, like pictures of products in the store, asking which kind my wife wanted.

But went down too many rabbit holes looking at pictures that I downloaded because they were interesting, and still are.

How easily am I distracted? Lets just say I could now do a talk on early digital audio recordings & the evolution of DAC solutions in CD players. None of that is what i should be doing. Also i can't remember why i went down that particular rabbit hole.

Having finished my rug I started a new project - a rainbow wrap for myself. Got the “hello” text from a random number. After a little sleuthing I found the owner. Sent him a reply:

[NAME], I moved the body so the police won’t come sniffing around you. I think it’s best if we destroy our phones and forget we ever met each other. I can’t go back to prison.

It’s been hours and he hasn’t written back.

My Loop earplugs arrived today. I chose the engage plus (after postage it was just as cheap to buy the plus). I could converse with my spouse while wearing them and a lot of the background noise was muted to a bearable level. With the little plus thingy in the loop it blocks out the outside traffic noises etc. yet I can still hear for example the gentle clacking of my keyboard so I'm not completely cut off from the world. #adhd #NoiseSensitivity #EasilyDistracted #Mastodaoine #asd
