A rare springtime house-cleaning event:

A few years ago, a friend bought a new sofa, and gave me her old Ikea … along with a spare cover.

The old cover was light beige, and (frankly) getting a little grungy … so while I pondered taking it to a laundromat, I remembered the spare.

An hour later, here it is! It’s not as dark as I thought, and Lola Falafel is having a field day exploring her new sofa.

I love Ikea! Not sure why some folks complain about them.
