Nocturnus – The Key (Vinyl)
Tampa's most cosmically deranged death metal artifact gets another lap around the sun, and the album still sounds like nothing else from 1990. Mike Davis's keyboards aren't a gimmick they're the architecture. Barney's sci-fi riffing and the Morrisound production remain brutally precise. The cover art prints too dark, losing detail Earache should respect by now. The music, however, is untouchable.

Further to earlier posts here and here, we had an appointment with a high-grade nurse just over an hour ago.
She was absolutely lovely and confirmed that our right ear is inflammed with what looks like an inner and/or middle ear infection (likely otitis externa), but that it doesn't look like mastoiditis fortunately.
Not messing around at all, she prescribed us:
She even made sure that we understood that if the swelling and pain spreads to anywhere near the mastoid bone, we should immediately go to A&E.
