Plumbing job almost complete. I'm finding making brake lines very satisfying. You can make them so nice and neat.
The booster feeds the proportioning valve. Two lines run from there out to the front wheels - one just a short hop to the shock tower, the other runs across the firewall. The rear line goes through a residual pressure valve (drums on the rear) before running under the car. A flex line links this to the axle and splits from there.

iBooster all wired up with minimal swearing and, in what seems like a minor miracle, the thing actually works. I guess it’s been sitting on the shelf so long I started to worry the thing was a dud.

Certain Hondas just so happen to use an iBooster with a remote reservoir setup. I got this little guy on eBay. It uses a very small reservoir on the master and a hose leads off to another bottle elsewhere.

But, these iBoosters are all made by Bosch and you can find slightly different variants of them in loads of different cars. One way they vary is the shape of the reservoir ;) See that hex bolt? That holds on the reservoir.
