China has been doing this for decades, and in an normal open market, we would also export to China. But the reality is that the Chinese economy is state directed, and it gov only allow foreign acces to like 15% of each market, that being wind turbines or chemicals. Ireland takes over EU lead later this year, so they are not putting any dangerous areas on agenda for all of EU in the next 6 mo...
