@EDPS In that short clip #MargretheVestager stresses: the #GDPR needs to build trust as a precondition to getting people onto digital platforms. A very good point. Now when a member state’s DPA fails to act on reports of #GDPR breaches & the #EUombudsman refuses to regulate the DPAs & a court in #Austria refuses to award damages to a victim, we have a trust issue. #digitalTransformation
