18-year-old Iranian girl named Kameliya Nazari remains in detention at Adelabad Prison in Iran, after being arrested by security forces in early January 2026.

According to human rights monitors and family reports, she was seized in front of her home during the nationwide "Revolution of the Children of Iran" protests.

Since her arrest, Nazari has been subjected to intense daily interrogations and psychological pressure, with her family raising alarms over a lack of due process. She faces an imminent risk of capital punishment by the Islamic regime.
