BFAS, ArcelorMittal und andere "warnen" die #eu vor der Umsetzung des Emissionshandels (#ets). Vermutlich ist es günstiger, die Produktion nach zB Indien zu verlagern, als in Emissionsreduktion zu investieren. Dann haben sie Drohpotential.
