What a week at #MWC26! The European Open Source Awards consortium has been on the ground in Barcelona, with our partner Barcelona Supercomputing Center representing the #EOSAwards and the European Open Source Academy (EOSA).
Amongst the 22nd century robots and new applications of agentic AI, open source represents an invaluable part of how we can turn European ''intelligent infrastructure'' into a reality.
Without open source, the digital world would be far more expensive, inefficient and less creative, dominated by only a few.
European Open Source Awards shed a spotlight on those whose tireless work enabled us to innovate faster than ever before, collaborate across borders and have a more secure infrastructure.
