Well, that was an interesting adventure in electronics! This took about 3 days, but I finally got serial terminal output with one of the Dragonboard 410c I got given as junk! An interesting process, including making my own 1.8V USB->Serial on a breadboard with a level shifter! I finally got the bootloader up!

Does someone have experience with charging #Einhell and #Ozito 18V batteries (#PowerXChange, #PXC)?
I wanted to charge them with this kind of charger module, marketed as #PD45W: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/365962537770

Unfortunately, it doesn't work. While the SOC indication seems correct, neither charging nor discharging works and I wonder why. Discharging with an #SW3518 module works without problems.

Okay I've now repeatedly lost a couple hours or so of work in KiCad v10. I keep losing all my values and now I've just lost all my footprint assignments. I think it's happening in the Symbol Fields Table, and maybe when I move columns? Am I holding it wrong? Anyone else? (I'll submit through proper channels eventually, just asking)

Well swapping in the capacitor does seem to have fixed the second bad 12V PSU, it's piping out 12V happy as can be, even when transmitting.

Also it's not making the buzz noise anymore and the output's cleaner, too. (Went from like close to 100mV AC leakage to a few mV that go to zero once there's an actual load on it.)

Now just to let it run for a while, see if it keeps working.

(This isn't the one that POW!ed on me. This is the one that worked fine for a few weeks then got weird, and I found a large and apparently _very_ important cap that was very much off-spec.)
