Great talk by Jan Krivanek from Masaryk University in Brno, during our session on Regeneration Disease & Ageing

Fabulous talk from @antoinezalc on the fascinating and mysterious reawakening of plasticity during the emergence of cranial neural crest cells.

He also tells us that last night he fulfilled his lifelong ambition to dance underneath a dinosaur, thanks to our conference party in the Oxford University Museum

We are also very happy with the decision to invite speakers who were almost all within relatively few years of starting their labs

The quality of the science at this meeting so far has been outstanding

The #EDBC2023 multi-hub experiment is going so well

Yesterday we were switching smoothly between Oxford and Barcelona for a series of outstanding talks

There were lively Q&As with live questions beamed from all 3 hubs & from watch parties

150 people in Oxford, approx 65 in each of Paris and Barcelona, and many more at watch parties

Remote delegates tell us they are enjoying being able to watch alongside their colleagues, their kids, and their cats!

Looking forward to the final morning
