The use of chemical weapons has no place on a battlefield, and no place in our modern world.
We note with concern the widely shared reporting that Russia has used scheduled chemical substances in #Ukraine. These allegations are growing in number, in frequency and in severity. We are concerned at this apparent escalation and call on the Russian Government to ensure full compliance with the Convention.
