Understand his point - however, counting on society's most vulnerable, weak and ill persons to "fight & sue hospitals to encourage those healthcare settings to protect their patients" is a grisly prospect.

There's going to be loads of 'collateral damage' while we wait for patients to recover their energy to "push back". If they make it that far.

We shouldn't have to fight or sue to be "safe" in a healthcare setting.
