Went to an appointment at my medical clinic today. Wore my KN95 mask as well fitted as I could. While waiting, a woman that I audibly heard cough and visually could see not cover her unmasked mouth, walked in. I could not help overhear her check in conversation. She explained she had a scratchy throat for several days and wanted a walk in appointment. She was asked if she took a covid test and she said no. She was not wearing a mask at all. No other customers or staff at the desk were wearing masks. This was my engagement today with a medical office in year 5 of a circulating virus that is airborne. #CovidIsNotOver #dystopianhellscape
