It originated in an article by #DwayneMcDuffie basically saying "If we insisted all TV be as continuity-focused as comics, how many TV shows all existed in the mind of Tommy Westphall (who was suggested to have imagined the events of the TV show St. Elsewhere, which had cameos and crossovers with other shows)?" 1/
