Well, the Gazelle bikes user guide bears no relation to the reality of my Chamonix C8’s arrangement. Buggered if I can figure out how to release the brake and gear cables so I can take it off. Time to waste god knows how long scouring the interweb because the manufacturer can’t be arse to provide proper documentation. I expected better of Gazelle.
For the first time in five and a half years I have a flat on the rear tyre of my Dutch bike - so will have to contend with chain case, hub gearing & hub brakes. It will be fine, there’s a user manual. But then I get to the penultimate sentence - to the effect “refit is reverse of removal”, and a shudder runs down my spine :-S
Azor Heavy Duty Workman, size 61, deep red gloss, 7-speed gear hub.
The customer's picking this up on Saturday.
Today's parcel run. I again had lots of odd shaped parcels so took them in a trailer.
And this time the photo is from the edge of Assen's city centre. The street from here on has restricted access. It's a pedestrian area where cycling is permitted, but we are supposed to look out for pedestrians.
No cars.
Deliveries to shops can be only made in the morning.
Drivers who ignore the restriction are photographed and fined.
