The dragon was designed by Gabe of Lucky13, best known for his Dummy13 figurines. You can see that the dragon has a similar aesthetic. And it's infinitely posable -- I count 104 degrees of freedom!
I hardly ever buy paid models, but I like this one, and I met Gabe at 3DPrintopia where he was showing it off.

So, not #Dummy13, but adjacent - #aliexpress have these little model kits. I haven't done one before, so let's kick in
Doing a quick count - I have:
* 13 #dummy13 models
* 1 femme dummy model
* 3 dog models (plus one unmade)
... on my desk
Plus I think, four downstairs?
Got some more #Dummy13 models off #aliexpress - 3d printed, so a tad different.
... But they came pre-assembled.
