Receta “Gofres con dulce de leche”

Uno de los dulces internacionales mas populares con un toque argentino.

Preparar gofres con dulce de leche es una combinación ganadora que mezcla la textura crujiente del waffle con la cremosidad caramelizada del dulce de leche. [1, 2]

Ingredientes base

• Harina: 250 g (puedes usar mitad de trigo y mitad de fuerza para mejor textura).
• Leche: 90-100 ml.
• Huevo: 1 unidad.
• Levadura: 12 g de levadura fresca o seca de panadero.
• Mantequilla: 50-70 g (derretida).
• Topping principal: Dulce de leche (el tipo repostero es ideal si quieres que mantenga su forma o servirlo como relleno, ya que es más espeso). [3, 4, 5, 6]

Aura-La Pastries and Provisions is a small bakery/grocery store located at 324 Frederick St., Kitchener.  

Well-known for their delicious selection of baked goods, Aura-La is currently offering the Mister Grinch Latte, featuring a matcha twist matching the classic green Christmas thief.  

Another throwback is the Nutcracker, which is a classic espresso latte with almond and salted caramel syrup.  

Aura-La is also featuring other holiday-themed drinks including the Eggnog Brulee Latte, the Sugar and Spice Latte, the Gingerbread Latte, Sparkling Cranberry Citrus and, a holiday staple, the Candy Cane Hot Chocolate.   

Matter of Taste is a cafe/coffee retailer located at 115 King St. W. Kitchener.  

Matter of Taste partners with master roasters and roasts their own coffee in house to provide a unique quality product. Their current seasonal offerings include, Holiday Egg Nog Latte, Winter Spice Mocha Latte, Apple Chai-der, Black Sesame Latte, Gingerbread Latte Peppermint Hot Chocolate.  

LenJo Bakes is a bakery located at 132 Ahrens St. W., Kitchener that specializes in cakes as well as an ever-evolving sampling of creative desserts.  

Their seasonal offerings include the Eggnog Latte, the Eggnog Hot Chocolate, the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Hot Apple Cider.  

They also serve more exquisite drinks like the Rose Matcha and Coco Rooibos Latte.   

Whoopsie Daisy is a new addition to the Central Station block, located at 1 Victoria St. S. Unit 1, Kitchener. They are known for their drinks and fun atmosphere.  

Their current seasonal offerings include classics like the Whoopsie Pumpkin Spice, the Caramel Apple Crumble Cider and the Dulce de Leche Latte.  

For some more unorthodox yet cozy drinks, try their Stroopwafel Latte, black sesame Hojicha flat white or the Matcha Lemon Coconut Bar Oat flat white.  

Aura-la and LenJo Bakes are also participating in the region’s Mistletoe Trail, is an event where cities in the region are displaying mistletoe sculptures designed by local artists. Many businesses in the area are offering treats and other benefits to those participating in the Mistletoe Trail.

El 10 y 11 de octubre se realizará de forma virtual el 1er Foro Mundial del Dulce de Leche, con productores, técnicos y especialistas de distintos países como México, Tanzania y Japón. El foro será gratuito y de acceso libre.

Los asistentes se conectarán a través de una plataforma con stands virtuales de empresas elaboradoras, donde participarán proveedores, consultoras y charlas técnicas sobre innovación, procesos de producción, equipamientos y comercio internacional.

La presidenta del Consejo Mundial del Dulce de Leche, Ivana Nieto, cordobesa e ingeniera en alimentos, afirmó: “El dulce de leche es más que un antojo; es una invitación a reflexionar sobre identidad, industria, innovación y cultura, sobre aquello que nos une a través de un sabor que es parte de nuestra memoria colectiva”.

Cocina «Galletas Rellenas de Dulce de Leche con Azúcar y Canela»

¡Qué delicia! 😍 hoy comparto una receta poco apto para las dietas pero sin embargo muy apto para los que les encantan los postres y los dulces, hoy os mostraré, amigos y amigas, la receta de las galletas rellenas de dulce de leche con azucar y canela, una tentación sin duda XXXL.

🍪 Galletas Rellenas de Dulce de Leche con Azúcar y Canela

Ingredientes:

• 200 g de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
• 150 g de azúcar (¾ taza)
• 2 huevos
• 1 cdta de vainilla
• 300 g de harina de trigo (2 ½ tazas aprox.)
• 1 cdta de polvo de hornear
• Pizca de sal
• ½ taza de dulce de leche o cajeta para rellenar

Para el rebozado:

• ¼ taza de azúcar
• 1 cda de canela en polvo

Preparación:

👉 Consejo: Si prefieres que se vea el relleno como en la foto (que sobresalga y se derrita un poco), pon una capa generosa de dulce de leche antes de colocar la galleta de encima.
