Als je toch alle componenten van specerijen/kruidenmengsels al los verpakt hebt staan kun je vrij makkelijk door te vijzelen en mengen je eigen melanges maken, afgestemd op je eigen smaak. Daarnaast is het gewoon een leuk en geurig klusje. Zo heb ik de voorraad dukkah, za'atar en ras el hanout weer op peil.
