Petty fucking angry at this, partly at myself for not paying attention the first time around. But seriously, how does important video evidence get released magically missing ~4s at a critical moment, and only at the approximate resolution of an original Baird potatovisor? Argh.

Anyway, watch the 24 minute presentation. It's thorough and infurating and brilliantly forensic in the way it discards both official scenarios as the horseshit they are. I beg you.

Incredible investigation. From this it seems reasonable to conclude police shot an unarmed Duggan, then tampered with the evidence to protect themselves. How else did 4 seconds out of a crucial witness video disappear? Forensic Architecture, great work, thank you
