My ten year old grandson is a budding baker and chocolatier. Today, he made #DubaiChocolate bars - after we ordered all the specialized ingredients. Last week he made chocolate covered fruits and from-scratch Lava Cake. Helps that my wife, his Nana, is a trained chef to guide him. It’s great watching him learn measurements, practice his knife skills, and command the kitchen. He’s very passionate and focused on his hobbies - from his baking and candy-making to his mountain bike. Of course we’re very proud of him. #GrandKids are the best.

Happy #HumpDay all! Here's a controversial opinion that many of you won't like but is difficult to disagree with:

I don't think #DubaiChocolate is all that special. Even with the best of them, I find it hard to detect much of the #Pistachio flavour that I otherwise enjoy when I eat pistachios on their own. All that I can taste is white #Chocolate filling covered in dark chocolate with just a hint of nondescript nuttiness. To me, it's even worse than trying to detect any trace of almonds in marzipan so I really don't understand the craze.
