If you haven't heard Dub War, imagine a teleporter accident fusing Trent Reznor's electro-industrial production chops with the muscular yet politically conscious roots-metal of Rise-era Bad Brains. For a band to come out of Newport, UK, sounding like this, before the web was won, is a testament to the work of the DIY music distros of the time.
