Yo no sé que ha cambiado, pero ya me funciona el gatillo adaptativo, LED y vibración háptica del #DualSense en #NEVA.

La vibración es muy sutil y, está chula, pero tampoco es una locura. El gatillo adaptativo te muestra una resistencia al lanzar a Neva y el LED cambia según el color predominante.

No son cosas que cambian el juego, pero aportan. Y, que zipote, para eso tengo el DualSense: para disfrutarlo.

Qué ilusión, je je. Parece que me van a hacer casito. Van a "backportear" un cambio en el "upstream" de alsa-ucm-conf en el paquete de #Archlinux. Con el fin de arreglar las funciones avanzadas de #Dualsense que necesita cuatro canales de audio para tener la vibración háptica.

Ahora mismo en Archlinux está roto y la solución fácil es volver a la versión 1.2.14-2 del paquete.

Update:

It looks like this is specifically related (at least in my case) to the game Warframe. Something the game is doing with controllers is causing my Dualsense controller to become unresponsive. So if you're having similar issues, it may be specific to the game you're playing.

Interesting aside, I can play the game just fine on MacOS via Crossover Office and the same controller works just fine. So this may be something directly related to playing Warframe on Fedora via Steam / Proton.

Like I'll connect my Dualsense controller, it'll work just fine, but then after between say 10 and 30 minutes, it just stops responding to any inputs. It doesn't disconnect, just quits responding.

For me this started just shortly before they released Fedora 44. So it might be related to an update made for Fedora 44, but not the OS it's self directly. Like a change to Bluez maybe?

Just curious if anyone else has seen this issue, and maybe seen a way to fix it.
