Anybody remember Locke High School's #MarchingBand and #drumline, South Los Angeles near Watts. There was a battle of the bands competition in the Los Angeles School system and they won at least the first two years, no one could even compare.

My high school in the San Fernando Valley (I was a band member), came in 3rd the first year and 4th in the second year (if I'm recalling correctly). #LosAngeles

I was a high schooler band kid. I can relate. I still have my flute (& then a piccolo).
