Went to my first "First Friday" drum circle on Friday. It was loud and the rhythm was hypnotizing. There were two junjun guys who were so good, and really got the beats started, with escalating tempos that really brought in the crowds for dancing. So many people jumped in and grabbed drums and bells, it was all such a great vibe. So many dancers! Highly recommended

Went to the Halloween drum circle in PV tonight. I skated for an hour beforehand at the PV skatepark.

So fun. Large turnout and lots of people in full costume. It was great. They had a potluck and someone brought Donuts too! So fun.
