AB 875 (Murasutchi) – Vehicle removal — In part, "grants law enforcement authority to #impound certain noncompliant electric vehicles. Officers may remove electric vehicles with fewer than four wheels that exceed legal #speed thresholds and do not qualify as #ebikes, as well as Class 3 e-bikes operated
by riders under 16 years old or without required helmets.”

Back home after 3 day working trip to launceston.

I'm sitting on cruise control at 109km in a 110kmh overtake zone, and seriously, the number of 4WDs I see accelerating in the rearview mirror to try and pass me from too far behind and just about drive me off the road because the lane is ending and I need to merge….

Tasmanian drivers need to chill the fuck out and slow down. The highway has overtake lanes most of the way down within 5kms of each other. Just do the speed limit and wait for the next one, you can scream past me doing 130kmh then.
