Every time I go past this drive-thru window at a local Burger King, it just strikes me as funny. It doesn't say, "Continue to other window," or "Please pay at next window," or anything like that.

It just says, "The other window."

But if this is "the other window," then shouldn't I have driven past a *first* window earlier? (There is no earlier window.)

My editorial OCD is so set off by this. 😂

When going through the drive-thru, why doesn’t the franchise enable the customer to pay at the point when they make the order and are shown a screen with the items?

This seems like an efficiency hiding in plain sight.
