The untouchables of India - it is not a movie in Hollywood . But it’s about real people who were banned from being touched as by birth they were lower caste by manu principles . They can’t walk in streets , take water from wells or gather in public places where the high caste ppl dwelled . It was the justice party of #Dravidianmovement who made this act of inhumanity as a criminal offence and ppl who did it were fined in 1930 . Justice party governed south India for nearly 17 years !
