Draining Lago di Garazas, the giant puddle that I had to wade through every time I wanted to fetch something from the garbarn.

Next to the barn was a mysterious old hole with some pipes in it which looked like part of an old drainage system. Good opportunity to test that. I pumped the entire giant puddle into that and it disappeared into a downhill pipe that emptied instantly.

Nice, because the yard could do with some drainage, as you can see.
