More from the Dredge boat diorama.

The boat started as a cardboard skeleton that I then skinned with plastic.
I then cut off the bottom half when I realised that it's going to be immersed in water.

The upper parts are mostly plastic and epoxy putty.

And finally the wall-breaking Inceptor.

Made to look as if he's just kicking his foot into a brick wall to get a leg up. A brick wall is no more substantial than a pile of plastic foam.

Incidentally, this wall was made from "bricks" of foamcore with some plaster to give them texture and hide the foam.

The shattering plaster is plaster; cured in a flat sheet and then cracked. Then positioned onto the wall piece by piece.

Dredge boat diorama.

Based on the basic boat from Dredge.
I don't know much about the game really, I've only played the first few days.

I was also a good boy and returned to port before dark. But I get the impression that something like this could happen.

Perhaps not quite a #Mermay depending on how you see mermaids, but it is a water-based creature at least. And still technically May. That's the closest I'm likely to get.

Some more of the cartoon concept tractor model.

Painting was obviously based on a John Deere tractor, and the windows are painted as if reflecting the surrounding field and clear blue sky.

A closer look at the plinth itself of this fallen statue.

The statue's feet remain atop, the legs breaking for some reason in the past.

Posters and items of tribute surround the plinth.

But where a dedication should be written, someone has obscured what was there and replaced it with a chaos emblem.

Is this a clue to who damaged the statue, or who attacked the barricade? Maybe both...

Closer views of the weapon arms of the Ankylosaurus Prime.

The right arm(s) combine a Tyranid barbed strangler with a space marine heavy bolter (from a Predator tank), and an underslung Eldar missile launcher.

And for close quarters, one of the left arms has a large Tyranid claw.

I sculpted the upper arms from the Tyranid parts to match the body and then painted the obvious 'nid parts differently to show they were grafted on and not "normal".

The third pair of Pox walkers.

Vanilla on the left, Conversion on the right.

Other than the arm swaps to make him a bit more dynamic, the conversion got a large green tentacle (so he can't be all that bad).

A closer look at 2 of the legs of the Foetid bloat drone tripod.

The legs starts at the hip, joined to the body where the main fans would normally be.
The leg continues upward to the first knee, where I used the spiked piece from the kit.
Down and forward to the 2nd knee protected with part of the original fan.
Back from there to the raised heel, and then down to the toe/foot.

Hoses and cables run the length to all the pistons that would move the joints.

The last few shots of chibi San on the wolf.

I had to find some "anime eyes" tutorials online for this model, and I'm pleased with the result for both of them.

I then put in as much effort to the blending of the wolf's white "fur" to make it perfect.
