⚠️ HAZARD for cycling in Phibsboro

Road workers are obstructing the cycle lane and general traffic lane on the Phibsboro Road inbound, after Doyle's Corner (just beyond Rothar and the Dublin Bus stop). No provision made for cycling - take care on approach - if cycling, take the lane.

I couldn't see from where I was whether the footpath was also obstructed, but it's probably safe to assume it was.
