After the 1963 earthquake, #Skopje was rebuilt in part with support by a Greek planner (#Doxiadis) who came to this role through his connections to the #UnitedNations.
There’s an exhibition about this in the Museum of Contemporary Art, including the substantial UN role and transnational reconstruction efforts.
