Today was a”Doris Day All The Way” day. Which, if you are old enough, means that, just like Doris in any movie she made, parking was available, traffic signals went her way, there was no opposition at left turns, salespeople were ready, items she needed were at hand.
I had 1 hour, and I needed to get to a pharmacy for a prescription, card and wrapping paper, to market for 25 items, to postoffice to mail a package and get back home. Done!
I was Doris Day for a day!
