Die Installation 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵ü𝘳 𝘪𝘮 𝘏𝘰𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘍𝘭ä𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 von Sebastian David auf dem #Kunstwanderweg im Fläming. Die Beschreibung sagt: "#Tür aus Eschenholz und Ziegelsteinen mit inseitigen mechanischen Klanginstallationen. Im Hindurchgehen fremde Welten betreten..." Ein Stück dahinter befindet sich die dazugehörige 𝘜𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘥, die wir aber leider nicht angeschaut haben.

The sign reads: "#Door made of ash wood and bricks with internal mechanical sound installations. Entering unknown worlds while passing through..." Nearby is the accompanying installation 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘩, which we unfortunately didn't visit.

Today, I drove to a garden centre on the other side of town. The trip took me through the northeast of Magdeburg, an area almost untouched by gentrification (as you can tell by the state of the roads). The last time I was here, I discovered #Peng for the first time. Naturally, I kept my eyes peeled for any Peng #graffiti I hadn't spotted last year. And sure enough, I saw a few new ones even from the car!! 😱
I couldn't resist stopping to snap at least one of them. So here it is: a new-to-me #PengMagdeburg graffiti! 🥹

I got honked at twice while taking this photo – once when I made a U-turn to park and again when I crossed the road – so I'm treating myself to another #Doorsday as compensation. I'll definitely have to come back here by bike like I did last time, maybe later this month when I've got a few days off again. Can't wait to discover more Pengs!

La jolie "porte gothique surmontée d'une accolade terminée par une corbeille de feuilles et chardons" (dixit la notice Mérimée) de l'hôtel Delfau, dans le coeur de Toulouse. Une demeure qui date des dernières années du XVe siècle, construite pour le marchand de pastel Pierre Delfau. La prochaine fois, j'essaierai d'entrer dans la cour, elle semble très bien conservée. Mars 2022.
