I’ve done a practice again that I haven’t done in so long!

The practice:
1. Splatter around watercolours
2. Wait for it to dry and then wait for words to come.

It made me feel so good afterwards. Poetry doesn’t come easy these days but now words just came.

I'm actually quite amazed at what I've been able to do lately, drawing and doodling different little images and shapes.

I've never been able to draw anything to save my life!

What has changed?

Here are two pictures of an octopus that I sketched out today. I've never even tried drawing a tentacle before.

I might even consider taking the second sketch to a #tattoo artist to make something of (I've been thinking about an octopus tattoo for a while).
