Ugh I just realized that I never did post a finished photo of last summer's #donutShirt, but in my defense I didn't finish it until almost september and I think I only wore it once before it got cold

I don't remember where I read about using a chisel to open up buttonholes, but it's a life-changer.

Any chisel will do as long as it's narrow enough. Put a scrap of wood (even sturdy cardboard should suffice) behind your work and push gradually and firmly until you feel it pop through. #sewing #sewingTip #buttonhole #DonutShirt

The most nervewracking part of the #DonutShirt is done! attaching the collar is actually not that complicated, but the 1/4" seam allowance is a little 😬 and it's a "read and re-read the instructions 5 times" kind of step.
