If you make these kinds of choices based on "what someone says", you're doing it wrong. No one is suggesting that.

I am (slowly) moving from Debian to Devuan for all the obvious and well-documented problems with systemd. No need to recite that stuff in detail.

Observing that Ubuntu is going all-in on autoslop, and being able to connect the dots and project into the future, moving from Ubuntu to literally anything else (that isn't on the same problematic path) is also pretty darn obvious.

But throwing up a nihilist hypothetical strawman to try to convince others it's not worth trying to fix problems? That is GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY LIFE territory. Plonk.

I have made a weaker anti-suicide message in the past, but I have not followed through on it as I should have. This time is different, I feel this message is probably one of the most important things I will accomplish this month.
