I never imagined that one day I would have to ask strangers for help just to provide the basic necessities for my family.
Every morning, I wake up carrying the same worry: how will I find food, water, medicine, and the things my children need today? The war has taken so much from us—our home, our safety, our stability—but it has not taken away my responsibility as a parent.
The hardest moments are when my children ask for something simple and I have no answer to give them. No parent should have to feel this helpless.
I am not asking for luxury or comfort. I am only asking for a chance to help my family survive these difficult days with dignity.

My name is Angham and I used to have a life. I was a lawyer. I had a home in Gaza. I sold children's clothes online. My husband was a painter and plasterer. We believed in a future for our two beautiful children, Omar and Ayla. We drank coffee with our neighbours and took joy in existence. The war ended that. Our home was turned to rubble. My stock and my husband's tools are buried beneath the dust.

I am reaching out again because my situation has become even more serious. My health is truly beginning to collapse, and every hour that passes increases the danger to my left leg.
The injury I suffered caused severe damage to the nerves and tissues in my leg. Recently, I have started experiencing painful electric-like shocks, tremors, and abnormal sensations throughout my left leg. These symptoms are worsening and are signs of ongoing nerve and tissue deterioration.
The pain has become unbearable. I struggle to rest, sleep, or even find a comfortable position. My body is exhausted, and my condition continues to decline while I wait for the urgent medical treatment I desperately need.
Doctors have warned that delaying treatment could lead to irreversible damage. The risk to my leg is becoming greater every day, and I am terrified of what may happen if I cannot receive help in time.
