I’m disappointed this morning to hear that the Don River has flooded Bayview Avenue again. I thought that opening the new mouth of the Don last year and the wetlands there was supposed to prevent that from happening.

On the other hand, I see that the flooding is up above Rosedale Valley road, rather than in the lower Don. So maybe the situation has improved, and they just need to do more work upstream?
