Когда сервер с конфигом заблокировали — клиент отвалился. Разбираем способ доставки который сломать сложнее чем сам интернет У любого прокси-сервиса есть слабое место которое не связано с протоколом. Сервер переехал, IP сменился, конфиг устарел — и пользователь сидит без связи пока не получит обновление вручную. Чем больше пользователей, тем острее проблема. Стандартное решение — раздавать конфиги через HTTPS. Удобно, пока URL не попал в реестр. После этого тысяча человек одновременно пишет в поддержку. DNS TXT-записи решают эту проблему не через обход блокировок, а через выбор канала который блокировать политически сложно.

Setting up DNS over HTTPS (DoH) is so much more complicated than DNS over TLS (DoT) 
Funny enough Mozilla Firefox 
supports DoH and sets it up on application level, while Android 
uses DoT on operating system level 
Just curled up doing the gaming thing (and the rubbing spoons together to do a few household chore thing). I realised yesterday that I'd managed to dump all the saves off of the Switch Lite I'd not transferred to the new Switch 2, so uh... thousands of hours of Pokémon to recreate. *woodenly* Oh no. I mean, the main annoyance is that there were probably legendaries that I completely lost, but ah well.
I mean, oh no, I guess I've got to play through the games again. xD
