Happy #Mondog !

Pup has mastered the standing snooze, one of the more advanced yoga asana. As always, I have so much to learn from Pup.

Yoga practice # 1895 for me, into the sixth year of a daily practice. I have not yet mastered the standing snooze but I am still better off for the consistent practice.
