I didn't realise this and accidentally opened the link.
Sidenote: Even being a security expert and being very aware that you are handling malicious data doesn't protect you from mistakes.
The system isolation blocked the web request. So, no harm done.
Sidenote: Simply opening a link is very unlikely to cause damage on a system with current patches installed. But it might inform the attackers that your email is in use, making your information/email address more valuable.

There are lots of alternatives to Docusign and, since they're competing with Docusign, many of them will be leaps and bounds better than Docusign for your use case.
If you're buying something big or you're getting some expensive work done, you're going to be beholden to whatever your vendor of choice is and that may stick you with using Docusign.
However, if you're running a business — even a small one — you owe it to yourself to check out the other options available to you.
Because my experience is at the enterprise level and heavily tied to Europe, the specific competitors I could tell you about there will probably not be interesting or useful. And I'm not trying to advertise for any of them in specific anyway.
Now can Docusign please stop making me watch their ads?
I had to see an ad for #docusign so now I will mention that, as of the last time I supported them, it wasn't possible to create accounts inside Docusign in an organizational environment in a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant way. Specifically: When you create an account inside an environment, if there is more than one administrator account in that environment, it is not (or was not as of a year and some months ago) possible to determine who created that account.
That's a violation of SOX and may violate other regulations in other regions.
There is a workaround you could apply to be in compliance (provided you manage identities centrally) but I suggest you contact someone with expertise in that. I would have to charge you money to discuss it but I'd feel bad about taking your money because I haven't implemented that workaround myself and I haven't touched docusign in over a year.
