What I'm doing today, while in bed with my second plague of the year:
Today I spent much time with a coworker. I helped her through an emergency room visit, and offered parenting advice on request. I helped her understand some basic truths about human beans and made sure she was fed & watered & alright to go home. This was my #DoGoodToday

For myself, I am having a relaxing night with the telly. Tomorrow I open and close the shop 😅
Sometimes the good we do is for others, and sometimes the good we do is for ourselves, but many times the good we do can be both. Today, try to do good for yourself by doing good in the world around you - our good can be good for others and ourselves.
